# The desktop app has no window — PPTControl

Find the icon in the Mac menu bar or beside the Windows clock.

## On Mac

- Open **PPTControl Desktop** from **Applications**.
- Find its icon in the **menu bar at the top of the screen**.
- **Click the icon** to open the menu.

**In full screen:** move the pointer to the top edge to reveal the menu bar, or leave full screen briefly.

## On Windows

- Open **PPTControl Desktop** from **Start**.
- Find its icon **beside the Windows clock**. Click the **up-arrow** if it is hidden.
- **Click the icon** (left or right) to open the menu.

Keep PPTControl Desktop running while presenting.

## If the icon is missing

- Wait a moment for startup and check for any security or installation message.
- Restart your computer, then open PPTControl Desktop again.
