# Manage or cancel a subscription — PPTControl

Use the store where you subscribed.

## 1. Open the store’s subscription settings

In PPTControl, open **Settings → PPTControl Pro → Manage Subscription** if shown. You can also go directly to the store:

- **iPhone / iPad:** Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PPTControl. [Apple’s instructions →](https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428)
- **Android:** Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PPTControl. [Google’s instructions →](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?hl=en)

**Subscription missing?** Check the store account on your receipt.

## 2. Cancel and check the result

- Choose **Cancel Subscription** and complete the store’s steps.
- Check that the store shows the **cancellation or expiry date**.
