Fix a problem

The desktop app has no window

Find the icon in the Mac menu bar or beside the Windows clock.

On Mac

  1. Open PPTControl Desktop from Applications.
  2. Find its icon in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
  3. Click the icon to open the menu.

In full screen: move the pointer to the top edge to reveal the menu bar, or leave full screen briefly.

On Windows

  1. Open PPTControl Desktop from Start.
  2. Find its icon beside the Windows clock. Click the up-arrow if it is hidden.
  3. Click the icon (left or right) to open the menu.

Keep PPTControl Desktop running while presenting.

If the icon is missing

  1. Wait a moment for startup and check for any security or installation message.
  2. Restart your computer, then open PPTControl Desktop again.

If it still won’t open, contact support. Include the error message and whether you installed the app from a store or the website.
