Notes show the wrong slide

Update and reconnect

1. Update both PPTControl apps.
2. Reopen both apps and restart your slideshow.
3. Reconnect your phone and compare its notes with the slide on the computer.

Still showing the wrong notes?

Contact support and include:

• What you see: the slide on the computer and the notes shown on your phone.
• When it happens: what you did just before the notes stopped matching.
• Apps & versions: your presentation app and both PPTControl apps.

Optional: Add a short screen recording or a small sample deck without private content.
