Connected, but slides do not change

Choose the presentation app

1. Open your presentation on the computer running PPTControl Desktop.
2. In the desktop menu, select the matching app: PowerPoint, Keynote (Mac), or Google Slides.

Start the slideshow and try Next

1. Start the slideshow on the computer.
2. Keep the slideshow window in the foreground.
3. Tap Next in PPTControl on your phone.

Slideshow running but not detected?

On your phone, tap Control Anyway, then Use Basic Control. Notes and slide numbers may be unavailable in this mode.

Check permissions and test

• Mac: Check control and Automation permissions.
• Windows: On a work computer, ask IT whether security software blocks keyboard or mouse control. For Wi-Fi connection issues, check Windows network access.

Still not working? Test a simple two-slide presentation in a supported app.

• Keyboard also won’t change slides? Check slideshow control in the presentation app first.
• Only PPTControl fails? Send support the details.
