My computer does not appear

Check both devices

• Open PPTControl Desktop on your computer and keep it running.
• Turn on Bluetooth on both devices and keep them nearby.

Look for the computer inside PPTControl, not in the system Bluetooth settings.

Connect with a QR code

Your computer does not need to appear in the device list.

1. Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi or your phone’s hotspot.
2. In the desktop menu, choose Show Pairing QR Code.
3. In PPTControl on your phone, tap Scan QR Code and scan it.
4. Approve the request on your computer if it appears.

Check Bluetooth access

• Phone or tablet: allow Bluetooth or Nearby devices access.
• Mac: allow Bluetooth for PPTControl Desktop.
• Windows: check whether your Bluetooth adapter is supported. If it isn’t, use the QR option above.
